MagicRobot respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your Personal Information.

This Privacy Notice explains how MagicRobot, Inc. (collectively referred to hereinafter as “MagicRobot”, “we” or “our”) collects, stores, uses, discloses and otherwise process information we collect when you visit our public Website or use our services through the MagicRobot App within Salesforce.com.

Information We Collect

During the normal course of business with MagicRobot, we may collect Personal Information such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number and other Personal Information you provide via our Website (for example, if you request information, provide feedback, or purchase our Services).

We also collect credit card information in connection with any purchase you make through MagicRobot. In addition, we automatically collect non-personal information such as your browser type, operating system, IP address, and usage information, in order to, among other things, evaluate and improve the performance of MagicRobot.

The MagicRobot product itself only uses Customer data that the Customer has collected and stored within their Salesforce instance and made available to MagicRobot in order to use our services. MagicRobot does not collect any marketing/advertising website data through any outside sources on behalf of the Customer.

We will not sell, share, or rent personal information to third parties, and we will not otherwise disclose personally identifiable information to third parties, without your explicit permission, except as disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

How Your Personal Information is Collected

We automatically collect certain information when you visit our Website to help analyze and make improvements to the service configuration, performance and consumption. This may include information about the specific computer or device you are using, such as your computer’s operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address and general geolocation. We also automatically collect and store information about your activities on our sites, such as information about how you came to and used our sites, event information (like access times, browser type and language) and data collected through Cookies and other similar technologies that uniquely identify your browser, computer and/or other device.

You may remove or disallow the use of cookies on our Sites by following directions provided in your internet browser’s help file. If you remove or disallow the use of cookies, you may experience reduced functionality within the Site.

Why We Collect Your Information

  • enhancing your experience with MagicRobot
  • resolving technical issues

We may also disclose aggregated user statistics (for example, a certain percentage of our users live in a certain area) without your permission in order to describe our audience to existing and prospective advertisers or other third parties. However, this aggregate information does not reference names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, or other Personally Identifiable information.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to prevent unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of or access to your Personal Information.
