If you register for an account via our Salesforce App Exchange listing (currently located here: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N3000000B5kDjEAJ&tab=e), we will collect your name, address, phone number, and email address so that we may provide you with access to your account, provide the Services to you, monitor users’ compliance with our Services policies, send communications to you about your registration or account, and for other purposes set out in this Privacy Notice.
If you purchase certain Services, we will collect your contact and billing information in order to process your purchase and provide you with the Services you purchased. We also collect the personally identifiable information that you choose to enter into the Services in connection with your use of the Services’ functionality. If you apply for a job as an employee or independent contractor with us, we may require you to provide additional information including a resume and information required by law, in order to facilitate our evaluation or hiring of you, comply with applicable law, and for other purposes set out in this Privacy Notice.

Marketing Opt-Out
You can opt-out of receiving marketing and promotional emails from MagicRobot at any time by selecting the opt-out link included in the email or by responding by email that you no longer wish to be contacted for promotional purposes (as applicable). Although we strive to update our email list as frequently as possible, you might receive another contact before we are able to remove you. If you have previously opted out of receiving emails from us and wish to reverse this decision, please contact us, we’ll be happy to get your name back on the list to receive electronic communications from us. Please note that even if you opt-out of receiving promotional emails, you will continue to receive communications as it pertains to your account/subscription. MagicRobot may use any of your contact information held on file (including email address, mailing address, or telephone numbers) to communicate with you about general administrative business such as support questions, Services alerts, expiration or renewal notices, or other administrative purposes.
Children’s Information
MagicRobot is not intended for children under the age of 18. In particular, MagicRobot does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information on our website from children under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. his Privacy Notice applies solely to information collected by MagicRobot. This Privacy Notice does not apply to other websites that are accessible through our website, including but not limited to any third-party websites that process payments on behalf of MagicRobot. Please be aware that third-party websites that process payments for us and websites for any other third parties that are accessible through our website or our Services (including social media websites) may have their own privacy and data collection policies and practices. MagicRobot is not responsible for the privacy practices of such sites and will not be responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties. Do Not Track
Some web browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature. This feature lets you tell websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. These features are not yet uniform across browsers nor is there a common agreement about how to implement these features or interpret user intent. Our Services are not currently set up to respond to those signals.
